Code of Practice

At Personnel Assets, we adhere to a strict code of ethics and professional practice when working with clients and prospective candidates.

In summary, we operate under the following self-imposed guidelines:

  1. To treat all clients and candidates honestly, fairly, and with integrity at all times.
  2. To honour all commitments made in writing to both clients and candidates.
    to provide advice and support to prospective candidates throughout the selection process and to brief the candidate as thoroughly as possible before they attend any interviews with the client.
  3. To work with the client to compose an accurate job specification and role definition document.
  4. To supply the best advice to clients to help them find the right person for the job, and to put forward only those candidates who are most suitable for the position(s) available.
  5. To obtain permission from all prospective candidates before submitting their CV and personal details to the client for consideration.
  6. To conduct successful negotiations between clients and candidates to bring about mutually acceptable outcomes and foster a good working relationship.
    to operate with discretion, professionalism, courtesy and confidentiality towards all parties concerned.
