About our Candidates
At Personnel Assets please note that we do not actively and openly solicit CVs from all job seekers. We are a specialist firm of headhunters, and as such, our candidates are carefully selected, and represent the best you could ever hope to meet in the market place.
Indeed, our candidates are part of an exclusive pool of talented and high flying professionals, who come to our attention through personal recommendation, or because of their outstanding contribution to business, or as a result of their educational achievements within specific fields. They are what you might call "rare individuals".
We pay particular attention to all our candidates, and we like to get to know everyone on a personal level. As a result, we do not have a database of names to refer to, but we do keep a record of the most outstanding executives whom we have met face to face over the years, and who we can vouch for personally. We also endeavour to stay in touch with executives who we have successfully placed in the past, together with those exceptional candidates who were shortlisted, but who just missed out on a specific opportunity.
When we search for candidates to fill an executive position, we cast our net far and wide. We contact people based on their skills and achievements, and treat all potential candidates equally and fairly. Please refer to our Diversity Policy for more information.
