Indeed our research for any given brief is extensive. For example, when sourcing potential candidates, not only will we talk at length to our clients, but we will use our in-depth industry knowledge and make extensive use of our business contacts and networking affiliations. This is where we differ from recruitment agencies.
We are headhunters first and foremost. We do not have a database of candidates to refer to, and we do not advertise positions in the press.
